2.5” Corrugated (Special Order Panel)

This economical corrugated panel is perfect for interior and exterior applications. The 2 ½” Corrugated Panel has a single overlap system for vertical applications and a double overlap system for roofing applications. It is made in lightweight 28 gauge material and can be cut to length. The 2.5” corrugated is commonly used as a roofing & wall application, as well as interior applications for garages, underneath patios, and custom design elements.

Screw Application:

#10 Wood grip fasteners are designed for use with dimensional lumber.

#14 Wafer fasteners are designed for use with plywood sheeting, OSB and wafer wood (7/16” minimum thickness).

#12 Tek screws are designed to be used with structural steel up to 3/16” in thickness.

Roof Application:

Fasteners are to be applied at the top of the corrugation, every third ridge, and attached to each purlin, 2′ on center. Lap/stitch screws may also be needed. Refer to roof fastening pattern for details. Please note: It is the responsibility of the builder to ensure that purlins are adequately spaced to meet specific engineering requirements.
