2′ Delta Rib (Special Order Panel)

This economical corrugated panel is perfect for interior and exterior applications. The 2 ½” Corrugated Panel has a single overlap system for vertical applications and a double overlap system for roofing applications. It is made in lightweight 28 gauge material, can be cut to length, and ready in 5- 10 business days. The 2.5” corrugated is commonly used as a roofing application, as well as interior applications for garages, underneath patio’s, and custom design elements.

#10 Wood grip fasteners are designed for use with dimensional lumber. #14 Wafer fasteners are designed for use with plywood sheeting, OSB and wafer wood (7/16” minimum thickness). #12 Tek screws are designed to be used with structural steel up to 3/16” in thickness.

Roof Application

Fasteners to be applied along the side of every rib and attached to each purlin, 2’ on center.  Please note that it is the responsibility of the builder to ensure that purlins are adequately spaced to meet specific engineering requirements.
