1.5″ Snap Lock

Snap Lock is a type of standing seam panel that has a male and female leg that snap together. Clips are used to attach the panel to the roof deck. They fasten underneath the panel and out of view to keep the clean look of a standing seam roof.

The Snap Lock panel has been an industry standard for many years and for good reason. This panel provides a lifetime of protection against all of Mother Nature’s elements. This true standing seam panel is manufactured in a 1.5” seam height. It is manufactured in widths of 15.625” & 19.625”. (Panel widths may vary due to coil size and material thickness).

Screw Application:

Fastener Spacing: 12” and 24”, refer to engineering specifications for proper clip spacing and substrate specifications.

Roof Applications:

1.5″ Snap Lock can be installed on solid wood decking. Standing seam metal roofing can be used in conjunction with exposed fastener trim pieces or trim that is designed to reduce/eliminate the need for exposed fasteners on the roofing surface. This designation must be made prior to production.

This true standing seam panel is manufactured in a 1.75” seam height. It is manufactured in widths of 13.88” & 17.88”. (Panel widths may vary due to coil size and material thickness).
